A terrorist is not born. Society makes a terrorist. If a country safeguards the true democratic values, there is no room for terrorists to be created.
Terrorists for some are liberators for the others. That is because courageous youths who rise up against social pressure are labeled terrorists. If Champika speaks about the LTTE, the root cause for the LTTE was the Sinhala extremist politics he represents today. So, when he points a finger with a name calling as a terrorist, the four other fingers are pointed at himself, he should remember.
Had Champika’s Janatha Mithuro not changed its direction by chance, it would by today have been a patriotic group of terrorists. It is said that a fool looks a pundit so long as he keeps his mouth shut. Finally, we have to tell him that a racist too, is an internationalist.
