To a question raised by Lanka News Web, The American Center responded that it was technically closed only for a half-day (today morning), as Monday is a usual holiday for the country team.
All activities and programmes will be carried on from today afternoon in the usual manner.
The American Center or the former United States Chancery is currently used as the offices of USAid in Colombo, Sri Lanka, which is located on Galle Rd., Colombo.
