To veryfy the news we tried several times to connect Mr Thilanga Sumathipala, but failed. May be he is in sleep while dreaming of creating such a fake news with joy.
The fake news further says that the president has decided to ask the opinion of Supreme Court of appointing a new PM.
Creating such fake news with certain media agencies merely shows the extend of a failed politician who rejected by his own people at large. It is worth to mention that he has no right to play games with people's sovereignty in a such way at all.
It is very apparent that Mr Dayasiri Jayasekara, bearing an ugly history for crossovers from here to there, acts together with Thilanga for a reason.
It is reported that United National Party (UNP) is preparing to move a no-faith motion against the same Thilanga for his biased and unacceptable conduct. We should remind him that he is the Hon. deputy Speaker of the Parliament, as he acts while totally missing the point.
It is better to summarize the situation as follows: Thilanga's statement is false and the president has NOT agreed to such a move. So far UPFA and SLFP has not made an official decision to quit the unity government and the group meeting is at 12 pm today (19).
So, it is better to consider this kind of fake news pieces as non-other than 'paid advertisements'.!
