Lawyer Asitha Siriwardena has told CID director Shani Abeysekara and Inspector Nishantha Silva, “It is true the children were abducted. But, help us to save this group. We too, will help you. Let’s do it in a way that the entire blame will go to Navy Sampath or Sampath Munasinghe.”
The two CID officers have immediately made a log entry, and today informed the court about it.
