The cost was estimated at Rs. four billion, and the president told the ministers at their meeting today (20) that the money should be used for a more productive purpose.

This programme to provide modern technological knowledge and to raise computer literacy was crucial for the country’s future. However, what had been planned under it was swindling and commission taking by corrupt politicians and officials.
