Spreading hatred is planned
None of the acts that disrupt reconciliation, national unity are their own making. They are the results of well planned acts. We have to understand the ulterior motives.
Govt. should be able to eliminate racism, religious extremism
If a government truly wants to create reconciliation, it should be able to eliminate racist, religiously extremist groups from the land and should have a programme to defeat such forces. If the mainstream parties have the ability to suppress opposing political opinions, they should also be able to defeat racist, religiously extremist ideologies.
It’s important to remove political masks
Behind every racism, religious extremism, there is a political agenda. That might not be visible to the outside, but that remains hidden underneath. The present regime is aiding racism after seeing at the national question in a progressive manner.
Capitalist politics cannot abandon its business links
After coming to power as a liberal capitalist leadership, the present regime too, has failed to deliver its promises. It has undertaken a lethargic approach in the face of the required changes. The issue here is that capitalist politics cannot abandon its business links.
Majority wants to make others its servants
As evident by its racist, religiously extremist conduct, the majority believes, just like the Tamil was made a servant, the Muslim too, should be made a servant. Those who want to sabotage reconciliation want to destroy the Muslim civilization, just like the way it did to Tamil civilization. Before talking about reconciliation, those political curtains should be opened up.
