Moving along the plan drawn out for Diyatha Development of Battaramulla which place has turned out to be a location where people around Colombo constantly get together on holidays, a wonderful restaurant was launched by the name

of 'Diyatha railway restaurant'.

Megapolis minister Patali Champika and several other ministers participated at this function and the restaurant was erected at Water's Edge Hotel premises. Rooms of the restaurant were based inside a train and its carriages. The surroundings have been given a touch of beauty. Whatever it is, any movement of trains travelling is not be seen here as such.
