The mayor’s official residence has not been used for several years and therefore it has been decided that the mayor’s residence needs to be renovated. Also, the mayor’s official residence is a very old building and therefore when renovating it, its antiqueness must be protected. Estimations had been prepared considering recommendations of the municipal council, with no involvement of the mayor whatsoever.
Furthermore, the aforementioned estimation has been issued for the entire renovation of the mayor’s official residence, not only for its toilets. According to the engineer’s report, only 1.8 million has been allocated for the renovation of the toilet system which includes 6 toilets.
This estimation has been prepared based on the prices given by Central Agencies, after considering two quotations from Abans and Central Agencies. Preparing estimations has been done transparently, in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations. Also, the aforementioned estimation includes entire renovation of the mayor’s official residence.
