The Surveyor General Department protested publicly that could be done for 25 Million USD. Mahanama should be quizzed about this proposal. Sources say if he sings, it can open a can of worms on the Trimble proposal. The President should cancel that and go for an open tender. $154 M is a lot of money for a debt ridden country like Sri Lanka.
