Body of electrocuted elephant exhumed

Initial investigations indicate that the animal had got electrocuted from an electrified fence meant for wild boar. Wildlife officer Ranjith Sisira Kumara said they also found wires and cables hidden in a nearby tree. He said they were further investigating four suspects who have been identified.
